Age Requirements
It is the policy of the Franklin ABC Board to prohibit anyone under 21 years of age from entering our store unaccompanied. Children under the age of 21 may enter as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable Forms of ID
It is the responsibility of the customer to prove they are 21 years of age. A legal ID must be presented upon request. Acceptable forms of ID:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Valid North Carolina State ID card
- Valid U.S. passport
- Valid U.S. Military ID
Group ID Policy
It is the policy of the Franklin ABC Board to check the ID of any young person as soon as they enter our store. An entire group may be refused if any member of the group is underage or unable to produce an acceptable form of ID.
Payment Methods
The Franklin ABC Board accepts the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Credit and debit cards — MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
- Gift cards (available for purchase in various denominations)
Returns & Exchanges
The Franklin ABC Board does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has left the store. Exceptions are made for tainted or spoiled products — bring the nearly full container and we will provide a replacement.
